Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing efforts and participate in industry trade shows.
• Ensure staff training and compliance with policies and procedures.
• Oversee budgeting, cost control, and financial monitoring for the FBO.
• Ensure safety initiatives and IS-BAH/NATA safety certifications are pursued.
• Develop and implement training for customer service and line service.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for fuel and ops.

Job description

The purpose of this position is to manage all functions of the Fixed-Base Operator (FBO) including , making pricing recommendations, marketing and the supervision of staff.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervises staff by prioritizing and assigning work, conducting performance evaluations, ensuring staff training and compliance, adherence to policies and procedures, and making hiring, termination, and disciplinary recommendations.
• Manages and coordinates all charter requests.
• Makes weekly fuel pricing recommendations.
• Serves as the Air Elite liaison.
• Manages the marketing of the FBO business.
• Attends applicable trade shows.
• Coordinates, implements & oversees training for customer service & line service.
• Assists with the FBO budget development and monitoring.
• Oversees all safety initiatives – National Air Transportation Association (NATA) Safety 1st & International Standard for Business Aircraft Handlers (IS-BAH) certifications.

Supplemental Functions:
