Jet Aviation in Teterboro, NJ seeks a Customer Service Agent to warmly assist passengers and crews from arrival to departure at our FBO. You will handle service requests, respond to inquiries, and maintain professional standards throughout the journey.

The role requires 1–2 years in customer service/FBO, strong English communication, and the ability to work a dynamic, 24/7 schedule. A 3rd shift night assignment is possible with comprehensive benefits and training.

Qualifications

• Proficient English language and communication skills.
• 1-2 years of experience in FBO or customer service field (hospitality preferred).
• Strong customer orientation and excellent multi-tasking abilities.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle dynamic schedules.
• Must obtain an Airport ID Badge within 30 days of employment.

Responsabilités

• Deliver exceptional service to customers in a warm, respectful manner.
• Resolve inquiries and complaints efficiently; de-escalate when needed.
• Perform general duties within the Customer Support/Operations function.
• Provide information about Jet Aviation’s services and identify opportunities to enhance relationships.
• Recommend programs to support customer needs and assist crew with hotel/ground arrangements.
• Ensure compliance with airport and Jet Aviation policies and laws.
• Represent Jet Aviation professionally with industry groups and regulatory bodies.
