Jet Aviation Inc. seeks a Customer Service Agent for our FBO to warmly assist passengers and crew throughout their journey. You’ll handle service requests, questions, and feedback with professionalism and care.

The role requires 1–2 years in an FBO or customer service setting, a High School Diploma or GED, strong English and communication skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Training lasts 4–6 weeks with a flexible schedule and a strong benefits package.

Formación

• 1–2 years of experience in an FBO or customer service-related field.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Proficient English language and communication skills.
• Ability to stay calm and effective under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver exceptional service to passengers and crew with warmth and professionalism.
• Address billing inquiries, service requests, and feedback; de-escalate when needed.
• Perform generalist duties within Customer Support/Operations.
• Provide information about Jet Aviation's services and identify opportunities to strengthen relationships.
• Assist crew with hotel, ground transportation, catering, and vendor services arrangements.
• Ensure compliance with airport and Jet Aviation policies and regulations.
