ACI Jet is seeking a Hospitality and Experience professional to deliver exceptional customer service to FBO clients in Santa Ana, CA. You will manage reservations, coordinate services, and maintain client relationships across multiple channels.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment, with potential overtime and a focus on safety and SQMS compliance.

Formación

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate client services including rental cars, hotels, fuel, hangar space, and other needs.
• Answer calls, texts, emails, and in-person requests for services and dispatch.
• Maintain client information in reservation platforms and CRM systems.
• Ensure facilities are clean, stocked, and well-maintained for clients.
• Communicate with multiple departments to coordinate services and ensure safety standards.
