Qualifications

• Customer service/hospitality experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 18 years of age and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with professional service at the front desk.
• Make hotel and catering reservations for inbound/outbound aircraft.
• Process customer purchases and fuel transactions.
• Coordinate with line service personnel and pilots to meet customer needs.
• Occasional travel to support another Atlantic location as needed.
• May be assigned to other Atlantic locations based on proximity and business needs.
