Job summary

Setnix, a Setna iO company in Tempe, Arizona, is seeking a hands-on Facility Manager to keep the site safe, functional, and well maintained. The role requires coordinating with leadership, vendors, and contractors to address day-to-day needs and to ensure safety and reliability of building systems.

You will perform routine inspections, oversee plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and landscaping tasks, and manage outside service providers while prioritizing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Experience in facility management or building maintenance.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and safety systems.
• Ability to operate common hand and power tools.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
• Able to recognize when licensed professionals are needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facility condition and upkeep.
• Conduct routine inspections for maintenance and safety.
• Address minor plumbing, HVAC, electrical issues.
• Coordinate and oversee outside vendors and contractors.
• Communicate major repair needs to leadership.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain equipment.
• Assist with additional facility projects as needed.
