Job summary

Setnix, a Setna iO company based in Tempe, Arizona, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support customers and internal teams at our onsite facility. You will serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries, process orders accurately, and maintain customer records with a professional, timely approach.

The role requires 1–2 years of customer service experience, strong English communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience; aviation/aerospace industry preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to handle challenging customer situations professionally.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and inquiries.
• Provide professional and timely customer service while addressing questions and requests.
• Assist customers with orders and ensure accurate data entry and processing.
• Provide customers with accurate product, order, and service information.
• Monitor and follow up on customer requests to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of communications, transactions, and orders.
