Job summary

PNK Group USA is seeking a hands-on Facility Manager to oversee the technical operation, maintenance, safety, and overall condition of our facilities. You will ensure building systems operate reliably, maintenance is completed on schedule, and compliance requirements are met.

In this role you will manage preventive maintenance programs, coordinate contractors and vendors, monitor operating expenses, and document all maintenance activities. Travel may be required for site visits and inspections.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in facility management or related operations.
• Experience managing commercial/industrial facilities and budgets.
• Strong knowledge of building systems and preventive maintenance.
• Excellent vendor and contractor coordination and communications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day technical operation and maintenance of assigned facilities.
• Ensure reliable operation of building engineering and utility systems.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor preventive maintenance activities.
• Identify facility issues and coordinate emergency repairs and corrective maintenance.
• Source, evaluate, and manage contractors and service providers.
