Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates degree or certificate in construction management, engineering technology, or related field.
• Four years progressively responsible maintenance experience, including supervision of other maintenance trades; or high school diploma or GED with six years experience.
• Must be available for first/second/third shifts and on-call; ability to respond to emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance of structural features, fixtures, operating and security systems, lighting, and related equipment.
• Coordinate contractors and vendors for repairs and rehabilitation work.
• Maintain CMMS records, prepare reports and manage inventory.
• Ensure compliance with FAA rules, safety codes, and airport regulations.
