Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Safety, or related field.
• 1-3 years management or supervisory experience preferred, be willing to perform very physical work, and have open schedule availability.
• Relevant certifications in safety and management are a plus.
• Proven knowledge of safety regulations and operational best practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in documentation, payroll management, and inventory tracking.

Responsibilities

• Safety and Compliance: maintain safety culture and ensure policy adherence.
• Scheduling and Attendance: finalize weekly schedule and document attendance.
• Staffing and Performance: hiring needs, quarterly performance reviews, morale checks.
• Supply and Equipment: manage inventory, ordering, and audits.
• Documentation and Administration: verify forms, payroll, expenses, and P&L data.
• Quality Control: master standards, rectify complaints, audits to meet quality score.
• Training and Development: create training plans and coordinate with Training Dept.
• Communication and Reporting: updates to PM, clients, and manage budgets and safety.
• Vehicle Management: conduct vehicle safety checks and ensure compliance.
• Operational Support: travel when needed, participate in committees, assist sales leads.
