Job summary

Endeavor Air in Romulus, MI, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead Lead and AMT crews in all aircraft, facilities, components and equipment maintenance. You will oversee airworthiness determinations and ensure compliance with FARs and company policies.

You will mentor technicians, set priorities, review work quality, and ensure on-time completion. Based at our Romulus operation, you will coordinate with vendors and airports, manage staffing levels, and support a safety-focused,

Qualifications

High School graduate or GED; valid A&P license.
1 year experience leading a team; mentoring employees preferred.
2 years supervising experience preferred.
Must have valid driver’s license.
Ability to read maintenance manuals and wiring diagrams.
Willingness to travel; some nights/weekends may be required.
Engine shop build and QEC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Maintain and perform preventive maintenance of facilities, aircraft, components and equipment.
Determine airworthiness of aircraft and components per procedures and FARs.
Provide guidance to leads and mechanics concerning work, policies, procedures and safety.
Ensure maintenance personnel levels are sufficient to complete duties.
Work at airports/outstations and with vendors; coordinate with outside teams.
May work in adverse weather conditions.
Performs additional duties as assigned.
