Hillsboro Aero Academy is seeking an outgoing, well-organized individual to join the dispatch team at our Hillsboro campus. • Valid driver's license preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office is expected.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize aircraft schedule after daily posting by Scheduling Team.
• Accurate data entry of aircraft maintenance into tracking systems and monitor inspection due times.
• Communicate with maintenance for scheduled and unscheduled resource maintenance.
• Invoice customers and employees for services and materials.
• Dispatch office organization and upkeep.
• Operate aviation radio and multi-line phone; support flight-log auditing for billing.
