Qualifications

• Previous dispatch, EMS, aviation, or operations experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Flexible availability to assist during peak operational periods, including occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
• Reliable transportation.
• Experience with FOS/NT or relevant scheduling and dispatching software preferred.
• Aviation dispatch license or pilot’s license preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of FARs related to Part 91 or Part 135 operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the dispatch and charter coordination team with inbound customer and passenger communications during peak operational periods.
• Provide professional and timely communication to clients, crews, and vendors while maintaining service commitments.
• Support dispatchers with follow-up communications, trip confirmations, document organization, and operational coordination tasks.
• Assist with active flight monitoring, status tracking, and operational updates to ensure smooth trip execution.
• Help coordinate flight logistics including fuel requests, hotel accommodations, catering, permits, and ground handling arrangements.
• Assist with operational reporting, trip reconciliation, record keeping, and administrative backlog tasks to maintain organized operations.
• Support dispatch operations in compliance with FAR 135 regulations and SOPs under OCC leadership.
