Job summary

Responsibilities

• Handle multiple customer accounts and provide quality service per aviation references.
• Generate work orders, quotations, RFQ submissions with suppliers, invoicing and finalize orders.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and resolve technical issues via phone, email, or other channels.
• Translate technical data from shop reports into quotations under manuals guidance.
• Develop understanding of the company’s aviation products and specifications.
