Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant/technical experience in aviation repair.
• Strong knowledge of aviation regulations and safety rules.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in calculations and data interpretation.
• Ability to collaborate with customers, staff and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and approve/reject vendor quotes and parts disposition.
• Authorize repair orders based on inventory and quotes history.
• Select vendors by turnaround time and pricing; update records on receipt.
• Analyze department and open repair reports; issue and expedite repair orders.
• Lead repair administrators; provide training and problem solving.
• Travel as needed; perform other duties.
