Job summary

Vse Aviation Inc is seeking a Customer Service Representative to manage multiple customer accounts and coordinate repairs, quotations, and invoicing. You will translate technical data into quotes, respond to inquiries, and resolve technical issues across aviation products.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in customer service, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and familiarity with ERP systems. This role supports dynamic aviation operations and requires precise, timely service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of relevant/technical work experience in customer service.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (Quantum or Pentagon) (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manage repairs of multiple units for customer accounts and generate work orders.
• Prepare quotations and RFQ submissions with suppliers; handle invoicing and finalize work orders daily.
• Translate technical data from shop reports into quotations under manuals guidance.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Resolve technical issues raised by customers via phone, email, or other channels.
• Develop understanding of aviation products, services, and specifications.
• Multitask with high call/email volumes while prioritizing repair orders.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives as directed.
