Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of agents in customer service duties.
• Assist passengers with arrival/check-in, including support for those needing wheelchair assistance.
• Handle ticketing and check-in using a computerized system; manage boarding, baggage, reservations and related issues.
• Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration and Quarantine.
• Ensure safety and compliance with Unifi policies and regulatory requirements.
