Qualifications

• High School Diploma and ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Ability to pass a nine-panel pre-employment drug screen and alcohol breath test.
• Background check and pre-employment assessments required.

Responsibilities

• Answer product and service questions and attract potential customers.
• Open customer accounts and record account information.
• Maintain customer records and update invoices and data.
• Resolve issues by clarifying complaints and expediting solutions.
• Collect customer information to assist reporting and business decisions.
• Access internal systems to retrieve order information and support CS management.
• Communicate clearly and professionally, in writing and verbally.
