Job summary

All Aviation Jobs is seeking a Customer Service Representative at our Gunnison facility to be the first point of contact for travelers and crew. You will provide professional service and solutions, handling requests for fuel, hangar space, catering, hotel accommodations, and ground transportation.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 18+, strong communication and organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and willingness to pass background checks and a pre-employment drug test.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Age 18+.
• Hotel/hospitality/customer service experience a plus.
• Willing to learn multi-line phone system, email, filing, faxing, and MS Office.
• Able to lift 20 lbs and carry 10 lbs; sit/stand/bend/reach regularly.
• Pass background check, pre-employment drug test, and obtain security clearance.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to crew members and passengers.
• Assist customers with services such as fuel, hangar space, catering, hotel accommodations, ground transportation.
• Resolve customer requests, questions and complaints regarding Avflight’s services or products.
• Process sales transactions, close out and balance daily inventory, fuel tickets and meter sheets.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
