Job summary

Modern Aviation in Mather, CA is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional, professional support to private and corporate aviation customers. You will be the first point of contact for passengers and flight crews, coordinating services and ensuring a seamless experience within a fast-paced FBO environment.

Responsibilities include arranging hotels, catering, ground transport, coordinating fuel and hangar needs, updating scheduling software, and maintaining strong

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• HS diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Open availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• Strong multitasking, organizational, and decision making skills.
• Negotiation and sales skills.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of aircraft types and aircraft servicing practices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver proactive, personalized service to private and corporate aviation clientele.
• Meet, greet, and assist passengers and flight crews with professionalism and care.
• Arrange services including hotel accommodations, catering, and ground transportation.
• Coordinate aircraft services such as fuel, hangar storage, and other operational requests.
• Educate customers on available services, promotions, and programs.
• Answer customer questions, resolve concerns, and provide service recovery as needed.
