Responsibilities

• Manage repairs of multiple units for customer accounts through the shop and quote customers via phone or email.
• Translate technical data from shop reports into quotations.
• Track units in a client list to meet advertised turn times.
• Quote/RFQ items for customers.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with aviation customers and provide proactive solutions.
• Serve as main point of contact for customers; address inquiries and resolve issues.
• Maintain recordkeeping for special pricing related to the customer.
• Monitor units to meet advertised turn times.
• Maintain organized workstation and confidential handling of proprietary documentation.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and QA to deliver high-quality MRO services.
• Be adaptable to customers’ needs and learn new service bulletins and ADs.
• Contract review of customer purchase orders and organize PO folders.
