Job summary

Skyservice Business Aviation seeks a Customer Service Coordinator in Seattle to deliver high-standard service at arrivals and departures. You will coordinate between customers and lineservice crews, arrange catering, fueling, car rentals and hotel stays, and manage the Aircraft Entry Log.

You’ll handle phone lines, client forms, emails, and daily invoicing while promoting additional services. Must be 18+, eligible to work in the U.S., and pass pre-employment checks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Aviation experience preferred, but not required.
• Proficient with basic computer tasks and software.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Ability to multitask and resolve conflicts professionally.
• Weekend availability and overtime during peak seasons are expected.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Must complete pre-employment drug and background checks for airport access.

Responsibilities

• Provide high standards of service to customers and ensure courteous arrivals and departures.
• Coordinate communication between customers, line-service crew and staff.
• Arrange fueling, catering, car rental, hotel bookings and reservations.
• Maintain Aircraft Entry Log and advise line-service crew accordingly.
• Answer general phone lines and forward to appropriate staff.
• Process digital forms for new clients and promote additional services.
• Respond to customer emails promptly and courteously.
• Complete daily invoicing and data entry for vendors and customers.
• Contact clients about unpaid accounts and arrange payments as needed.
