Job summary

• Aviation experience preferred but not required.
• Intermediate computer skills.
• Excellent communication skills.

• Maintain professional demeanor and appearance at all times.
• Weekend availability; overtime during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Provide high standards service to customers and ensure courteous arrivals and departures.
• Coordinate communication between customers, line service crew and staff.
• Coordinate fueling, catering, car rental, hotel bookings and reservations.
• Maintain and update the Aircraft Entry Log and advise the line service crew.
• Answer general phone lines and route calls to appropriate contacts.
• Complete digital forms for new clients and promote additional aircraft services.
• Respond to customer emails in a timely and courteous manner.
• Complete daily invoicing and data entry for vendors and customers.
• Contact clients about unpaid accounts and arrange payment plans.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
