Job summary

Cutter Aviation in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the primary face of the company at the facility. You will build strong relationships with aircraft owners, operators, and partners while delivering world-class service.

The CSR will handle reservations, billing, and service coordination, ensuring safe and compliant operations and seamless customer experiences on the airfield and at the front desk.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of Customer Service Experience.
• Must have computer skills.
• Ability to use radio communication, phonetic alphabet and military time.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent Organizational and Customer Service skills with a sincere desire to assist customers.
• Professional appearance and mannerisms.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in person and by phone; provide information about services and products.
• Manage reservations, record inquiries, and process charges or billing as needed.
• Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints; escalate unresolved issues.
• Ensure compliance with FAA and TSA rules and regulations.
• Escort passengers and crew on airfield and coordinate transportation as required.
• Perform dispatch-related tasks and support line service operations.
