Job summary

Cutter Aviation is currently seeking energetic customer service professionals to serve as the primary face of Cutter Aviation at our facility. The CSR will be the internal representative to aircraft owners, operators, partners, and the aviation community, delivering world-class service.

The CSR will handle reservations, billing, and inquiries while ensuring proper FAA and TSA compliance. A professional appearance and strong communication skills are essential to success in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of customer service experience.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and mannerisms.
• Excellent organizational and customer service skills with a genuine desire to assist customers.
• Must be proficient with computers and able to use radio communication and understand military time.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge customer dissatisfaction and resolve complaints.
• Refer unresolved issues to appropriate departments.
• Monitor arrival, parking, refueling, loading, and departure of aircraft.
• Determine charges, collect payments, or arrange billing.
• Maintain reservation records and track inquiries.
• Escort passengers/crew to designated locations as needed.
• Process contracts, update records, and issue service discontinuance orders.
• Provide information about products and services via phone or in person.
• Verify orders (fuel, catering) and coordinate with Line Service Technicians.
