Cutter Aviation is seeking an energetic Aircraft Greeter to serve as the primary face of the facility. You will provide world-class customer service and greet passengers and crews on arrival and departure. The role includes escorting guests, coordinating services, and performing light duties around the airplane.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience in FBO or hospitality preferred.
• No experience required; on-the-job training provided by Cutter Aviation.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class, uncompromising service.
• Greeting passengers and crews upon arrival and departure.
• Escort passengers and crews to lobby, transportation, and designated areas.
• Confirm all reservations and services to be provided.
• Relay information to arrange services (rental cars, catering, coffee, ice, newspapers).
• Shuttle passengers between aircraft, lobby, and parking areas.
• Monitor aircraft arrival, parking, refueling, loading, and departure.
• Identify areas for improvement and communicate with management.
• Ensure correct orders (fuel, catering) are dispatched to Line Service Technicians.
