Job summary

Million Air in White Plains, NY is seeking a Customer Service Representative to greet customers, provide concierge services to pilots and passengers, and handle invoicing and records in a busy aviation setting. The role requires strong customer service, good computer skills, and the ability to work evenings and weekends.

A clean driving record and a zero-tolerance drug policy are required. This non-exempt position offers shift work and opportunities to grow within a premier aviation service

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred in the service industry.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Entry level position with opportunities to grow.
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Acceptable driving record essential.
• Zero tolerance drug free employer with pre-employment and random screening.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Provide concierge services to pilots and customers including reservations.
• Invoicing for services rendered to customers and pilots.
• Record customer preferences in Million Air internal system.
• Proactive preparation for all incoming aircraft.
• Provide timely feedback regarding service failures or concerns.
• Partner with line service team to meet service expectations.
• Keep hospitality bar stocked with snacks and beverages.
• Maintain front desk, lobby and FBO amenities.
