Fontainebleau Aviation, a Skyservice company, is accepting applications for Customer Service Representatives. We are an established and successful business aviation company seeking confident, reliable, and friendly Customer Service Representatives.

This role involves interacting with our customers and working in rotational shifts including weekends and holidays. Responsibilities include coordinating fueling, catering, car rentals, hotel bookings, and reservations, maintaining aircraft entry

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Aviation experience preferred, but not required.
• Intermediate computer skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask.
• Strong conflict resolution skills.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times.
• Weekend availability and willingness to work overtime during peak seasons.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high standards service to customers, ensuring courteous arrivals and departures.
• Coordinate communication between customers, lineservice crew and staff.
• Coordinate fueling, catering, car rental, hotel bookings and reservations.
• Maintain and update Aircraft Entry Log and advise lineservice crew.
• Answer general phone lines and route calls to the appropriate person.
• Complete digital forms for new clients and promote additional services.
• Respond to customer emails in a timely and courteous manner.
• Complete daily invoicing and data entry for vendors and customers.
• Contact clients about unpaid accounts and arrange payments as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
