Job summary

Fontainebleau Aviation, a Skyservice Company, is seeking a Brand Ambassador in Opa-Locka, FL to elevate the client experience by fostering strong relationships with new and existing clients.

You will represent the brand across operations, sales, and events, identify opportunities for growth, and ensure exceptional service through clear communication and proactive problem-solving. Flexible hours and weekend availability are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of aviation experience or relevant customer service experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Familiarity with aviation software such as X1 and FlightBridge.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Brand: Embody the company's values and consistently deliver exceptional service that aligns with the brand image.
• Cultivate Relationships: Build rapport with clients, understand their operational needs, and identify opportunities for growth or improvement.
• Facilitate Communication: Act as a liaison between executive and operations teams, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
• Problem-Solve: Proactively address and resolve client concerns, utilizing available resources to ensure a positive outcome.
• Represent the Company: Articulate the company's vision and offerings confidently and comprehensively to clients and stakeholders.
• Monitor Client Satisfaction: Assess client satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide Feedback: Share insights and observations from client interactions with the executive team to inform decision-making in sales, marketing, leasing, and operations.
• Industry Engagement: Participate in conferences and industry events to represent the company and network with potential clients.
• Continuous Learning: Demonstrate a willingness to learn about various aspects of the business and stay informed about industry trends.
