Fontainebleau Aviation, a Skyservice company, is accepting applications for Customer Service Representatives. You will engage with customers, coordinate with the lineservice crew, and support their needs across fueling, catering, car rental, and hotel bookings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in aviation preferred but not required.
• Good computer skills and basic software literacy.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to multitask and resolve conflicts calmly.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
• Weekend availability and overtime during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Provide high standards of service to customers.
• Coordinate between customers, lineservice crew and staff.
• Assist with fueling, catering, car rental, hotel booking and reservations.
• Update Aircraft Entry Log and inform lineservice crew.
• Answer phone lines and route inquiries to the right person.
• Process new client forms and promote additional services.
• Respond to emails promptly and courteously.
• Handle invoicing and data entry for vendors/customers.
• Follow up on unpaid accounts and arrange payments.
