Protouch Staffing is seeking a Legal Assistant / Paralegal to support attorneys handling aviation contracts, including aircraft engine maintenance and global engine leasing matters, on-site in Westlake Village, CA.

You will draft and review legal documents, conduct research, organize case files, manage deadlines, and coordinate with clients and external parties while maintaining precise records and providing general administrative support to the legal team.

Qualifications

• Legal education or strong foundation in law.
• Experience with contract or commercial law is preferred.
• Prior legal assistant or paralegal experience.
• Strong legal research, writing, and document-review skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsabilités

• Assist attorneys with drafting and preparing legal documents and contracts.
• Review, organize, and summarize legal and factual documents.
• Conduct legal and factual research.
• Maintain organized case files and document workflows.
• Prepare correspondence and communicate with clients and external parties.
• Track deadlines and assist with scheduling and meeting preparation.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to legal matters.
