Skyryse seeks a highly organized Corporate Paralegal to support the Legal Department in El Segundo, CA. You will design the legal infrastructure, manage corporate records, and assist with commercial contracts and regulatory filings.

In this fast-growing aviation tech company, you will interact with the VP, General Counsel and CEO, handling templates, trackers, IP records, and outside counsel. A strong paralegal background is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in paralegal/legal operations or similar.
• Hands-on with contract lifecycle management tools and e-signature platforms.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and discretion with confidential information.
• Business-partner mindset with ability to balance legal, business, and operational priorities.

Responsabilités

• Maintain corporate records, entity information, board and stockholder materials, approvals, signatures, annual filings, and related files.
• Draft, review, proofread, and format routine contracts and legal documents under attorney direction (NDAs, resolutions, etc.).
• Own end-to-end contract/document management: intake, naming, filing, and repositories.
• Maintain state and local licensing files and foreign qualifications/registrations.
• Support transactional matters, including due diligence and contract negotiation support.
