McAfee & Taft seeks an Aircraft Paralegal to support its Aviation practice. The role involves preparing legal documents, handling aircraft transactions, and reviewing FAA and International Registry records. You will draft opinions, liaise with clients and counsel, and maintain meticulous document files in a fast-paced office.

Strong organization and confidentiality are essential, along with a high school diploma and 3 years of legal experience preferred. Office-based position in Oklahoma City.

Responsabilités

• Prepare legal documents such as security instruments, leases, FAA bills of sale, and aircraft registrations.
• Assist in aircraft transactions including buying, selling, leasing, and financing.
• Examine aircraft records, FAA notes, and title histories for ownership and encumbrances.
• Review International Registry certificates and FAA records for consistency.
• Draft closing opinions and correspondence with clients and counsel.
• Organize documents for aircraft transactions and maintain files.
