Airshare in Overland Park, KS is seeking a Contract Admin/Paralegal to support our legal team in preparing aircraft purchase, management, and fractional ownership contracts. This on-site role requires sharp organizational skills and the ability to draft, review, and negotiate complex documents.

The ideal candidate will hold a 4-year degree (or 5 years corporate paralegal experience), possess strong computer skills, and excel at multitasking.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree and/or 5 years of corporate paralegal experience.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate aircraft purchase contracts, management and fractional ownership documents.
• Assist in implementing contract changes to comply with legislation/regulations.
• Renew and maintain company contracts.
• Draft organizational documents (articles of incorporation/dissolution, merger agreements).
• Draft contracts such as employment and non-compete agreements.
• Create and distribute annual reports; manage legal department files.
