Job summary

The role requires 5+ years construction experience, 3+ years field supervision, and a valid driver's license. Travel and relocation may be required; Lean experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years construction experience.
• 3+ years field supervision experience.
• Valid and unrestricted drivers license.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• May require periods of travel and/or relocation.
• Lean principles experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and investigations; mentor staff.
• Manage subcontractors and overall job workflow.
• Oversee project staff, subcontractors, suppliers; QA/QC.
• Develop work plans for subcontractors and self-performed work.
• Coordinate and manage the project site; schedule & cost reporting.
• Lead meetings and participate in project reviews.
