Job summary

JE Dunn Construction in Houston seeks a General Superintendent to develop and execute complex project plans, lead safety culture, and manage subcontractors, suppliers and schedules. You will coordinate with owners, design teams and authorities, guiding teams through lean processes and ensuring on-time, on-budget project delivery.

You will oversee multi‑project workflows, advance self-perform work, and champion best practices in quality, safety and coordination with field leadership and project

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field (preferred).
• 12+ years construction experience and 10+ years field supervision.
• Experience leading Lean principles on large projects.
• Must have experience leading $100M+ Aviation projects.

Responsibilities

• Leads all aspects of safety culture and manages subcontractors and workflow.
• Develops work plans and schedules, manages budgets and costs.
• Coordinates project site activities and meetings (daily stand-up, weekly trade meetings).
• Ensures quality compliance and oversees closeouts with owners and authorities.
