Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Superintendent 2 to plan, manage and execute on complex projects across the United States. The role reports to the National Aviation Vertical and requires 100% travel.

You will lead safety initiatives, manage subcontractors, and ensure timely, profitable project outcomes in alignment with JE Dunn’s values. Responsibilities include developing work plans, coordinating site activities, managing schedules and budgets, and maintaining comprehensive documentation.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred in CM/engineering.
• 5+ years construction experience; 3+ years field supervision.
• Experience with Lean principles; aviation-type projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and ensure injury-free environment; mentor staff.
• Manage subcontractors, organize overall job and workflow.
• Oversee staff, subcontractors, suppliers, and QA/QC programs.
• Develop subcontractor work plans and oversee self-performed work.
• Coordinate project site activities and manage project documentation.
