Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Superintendent 2 to plan, manage and execute assigned projects with some complexity. This role requires 100% travel nationwide and reports to the National Aviation Vertical.

You will manage material/equipment, assist with people management, ensure documentation, and drive timely, profitable project completion in line with JE Dunn’s strategy and values. Key responsibilities include leading safety culture, coordinating subcontractors, managing staff and budgets,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years construction experience; 3+ years field supervision.
• Experience with aviation projects is preferred.
• Lean principles experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel 100% nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement safety culture across projects.
• Manage subcontractors, staff, and project workflow.
• Develop work plans, schedule, and budgets; track costs.
• Lead meetings, report progress, and ensure QA/QC.
• Coordinate with owners, design teams, and authorities.
• Support project closeouts and pursuits; recruit talent.
