Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Superintendent 2 to plan, manage and execute complex projects with travel across the United States. You will lead safety efforts, coordinate subcontractors, manage budgets and schedules, and support project closeouts under the National Aviation Vertical.

The role requires 5+ years in construction supervision, strong leadership, and the ability to drive Lean and efficient field operations on aviation projects.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, presentation and MS Office skills are required.
• Experience in construction management and project oversight.
• Understanding of Lean principles and scheduling processes.
• Team collaboration and effective stakeholder communication is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and ensure an injury-free environment.
• Manage subcontractors and overall job workflow.
• Oversee staff, subcontractors, suppliers and programs (Safety, Quality, EEO).
• Develop work plans for subcontractors and self-performed tasks.
• Coordinate project site care, custody and control and meetings.
