Job summary

Burns & McDonnell in Atlanta seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager to support EPC/Program management from pre-construction through warranty, overseeing safety, quality, schedule, and cost control.

You will lead field staff, coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, manage client relations, prepare scope documents, and drive risk reviews, change orders, and project closeout while maintaining compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Construction, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 7 years relevant project management experience in the construction industry.
• Proficient in MS Office and project management software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and large workloads.
• Understanding of cost control, scheduling, and QA/QC.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day construction activities and successful execution of projects.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and cost development.
• Negotiate contracts and change orders.
• Manage client relationships and project reporting.
