Qualifications

• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and ability to translate requirements into actions.
• Experience with labor relations and collective bargaining agreements, especially in unionized environments.
• Strong administrative skills with attention to detail and deadlines in high-volume settings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or compliance tracking systems for data management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with proactive communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regulatory requirements and risk mitigation across the North America Aviation portfolio.
• Ensure audit readiness and operational discipline; support executive reporting on compliance status.
• Collaborate with internal teams and leadership to safeguard business continuity and expansion efforts.
• Complete tasks and projects as an individual contributor, with potential team collaboration as needed.
