EXP is seeking a Project Manager focused on Aviation Sustainability & Resilience in the United States with flexibility for remote or hybrid work in Florida or Texas. You will guide sustainability strategies, certifications, and stakeholder engagement for aviation infrastructure projects across the region.

The role requires 7+ years of sustainability project experience, strong communication skills, and an entrepreneurial approach to deliver high-impact results in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate sustainability strategies and certifications for clients (LEED, WELL, PMP, CEM, ENV).
• Engage stakeholders to articulate value and drive adoption of sustainable approaches.
• Analyze renewable energy, GHG inventories, and carbon-related metrics for projects.
• Synthesize research into key themes and draft actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with teams to integrate AI-enabled workflows into deliverables.
