Job summary

EXP is seeking a Project Manager specialized in Aviation Sustainability & Resilience to lead sustainability initiatives for a regional aviation team across the US & Canada. Remote or hybrid work is possible, preferably based in Florida or Texas, with significant responsibility for strategy and certification efforts.

You will collaborate across disciplines to craft tailored sustainability solutions, engage stakeholders, and deliver high-impact presentations and analyses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, sustainability management or related field.
• 7+ years of sustainability project experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Passion for sustainability and ability to work in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted team member delivering sustainability strategy, design and solutions to clients.
• Develop sustainability strategy and certification efforts (LEED, WELL, PMP, CEM, ENV, etc.).
• Communicate with stakeholders to educate on sustainability value and impact.
• Assist with renewable energy analysis, GHG inventories and embodied carbon LCAs.
• Synthesize research into themes, develop conclusions and draft recommendations.
• Produce high-quality, visually compelling presentations and deliverables.
• Facilitate conversations to devise sustainability strategies among stakeholders.
