Responsibilities

• Maintain specialized understanding of issues influencing client product offerings and regulatory plans.
• Manage client relationships and ensure product delivery meets expectations.
• Drive client activities through agreements with internal partners and specialty unit teams.
• Create and communicate client performance metrics via balanced scorecards.
• Maintain product capability through ongoing training.
• Ensure internal teams understand contract requirements and key expectations.
• Serve as an educated authority on contracts in the district.
• Communicate contract requirements including policies, bookings, documentation, contacts, hold days, and more.
• Be a resource for clients on all service delivery prerequisites.
• Provide input on business projections.
• Identify and resolve client dissatisfaction issues.
• Drive customer satisfaction targets.
• Identify and pursue selling opportunities with Business Manager and Project lead.
• Participate in client talks and help close deals.
• Gather aging receivables and prepare productivity analyses.
