Responsibilities

• Maintain technical understanding of product traces and coordinate containment plans.
• Manage in-service client relationships and optimize product performance.
• Coordinate activities with MRO carrier shipping and stakeholders on key agreements.
• Develop and monitor customer performance metrics and chair business reviews.
• Maintain product line talent through continuous training.
• Explain account agreements to stakeholders and manage deliverables.
• Oversee logistics, scheduling, documentation, contacts, and substances for settlements.
• Serve as primary contact for client management of transport requirements.
• Provide forecasts and resolve customer dissatisfaction issues.
• Drive customer delight and growth opportunities with regional managers.
• Support negotiations and pursue new sales opportunities.
• Accumulate receivables and analyze profitability of contracts.
