Job summary

Everts Air in Anchorage seeks a Customer Service Agent to handle lobby and warehouse duties, including weighing, labeling, data entry, and cargo processing. You will interact with customers, support sales efforts, and ensure accurate documentation and billing.

The role requires a friendly, proactive attitude, reliability, and the ability to work 10am–7pm, Monday through Friday in a Regular Full-Time capacity. FLSA: Non-Exempt.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License.
• Knowledge of administrative procedures and clerical systems.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of employment.
• Able to learn and use Cargo Management System software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong customer relations and courteous phone manner.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized.
• Ability to type 45+ wpm.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Forward charter requests and quotes to Sales for specialized cargo.
• Educate customers on flight schedules, transit times, and requirements.
• Assist with daily cash handling and generate sales reports.
• Weigh, measure, and label small package shipments in the lobby.
• Process data entry in the Cargo Management System.
