Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with shipping, receiving or locating their freight over-the-counter or on the telephone.
• Process Takeflite sales tasks and sales documents daily.
• Handle computer database flight operations tasks and flight documents.
• Manage ground service contracts and related customer service paperwork.
• Maintain office and customer service areas, ensuring they are clean and neat.
• Other duties as assigned.
