Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent with 1–2 years of customer service experience in a luxury service or hospitality environment.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and ability to learn company software.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and adapts to changing business needs.
• Detail oriented and able to work productively, independently or in a team.
• Excellent oral and written communication with strong problem resolution skills.
• Maintains professionalism while multi-tasking customer and catering service transactions.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written, and presentation skills are required.
• Willing to work nights, weekends and holidays as Flexjet operates 24/7.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of in-person, telephone, and email correspondence with Operations Control and external contacts.
• Order and confirm all daily in-flight catering.
• Communicate catering details to flight crews, team members, and vendors.
• Troubleshoot deviations due to flight schedule changes and proactively address issues.
• Place last-minute orders with vendors such as door dash or Grubhub.
• Track, monitor, and validate in-flight catering invoices and credit card transactions.
• Demonstrate knowledge of company products and programs.
• Work closely with third-party catering vendors to meet expectations.
• Interpret industry and aviation catering information for daily tasks.
• Provide daily quality assurance of all catering transactions.
• Deliver world-class service with every interaction.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Manager.
