Job summary

Flexjet LLC is seeking a Crew Planner to optimize pilot staffing and long-range scheduling in line with company policy and FAA regulations. The role requires coordinating with internal departments, managing scheduling in CAMP, and ensuring payroll accuracy through meticulous updates.

Ideal candidates bring a BC aviation/business background with 2–4 years scheduling experience, familiarity with FARs, and strong analytical, communication, and time-management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or aviation preferred
• 2–4 years related scheduling or planning experience
• Experience in a Scheduling or Planning environment at a 135 or 121 airline operation
• Thorough knowledge of FARs Part 91, 121 or 135 airline operations

Responsibilities

• Develop long term staffing plans for pilots.
• Facilitate 6 month schedule bid and vacation bid.
• Monitor and adjust crewmembers schedules to ensure adequate staffing and effective crew utilization.
• Analyze monthly staffing requirements against owner demand to manage deficits.
• Responsible for scheduling coordination of OE tours and PIC upgrades.
• Update crewmember schedules in CAMP, the company's centralized aviation database.
• Coordinate implementation of staffing/training plans with various departments.
• Research and resolve conflicts regarding crew schedules.
• Reconcile crewmember schedules to ensure payroll reporting accuracy.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Manager or Director.
