• Five plus years in B2B SaaS sales with leadership experience.
• Proven ability to coach and grow high-performing teams.
• Strong prospecting, closing, and deal-conversion skills.

• Lead, inspire, and grow a high-performance sales team.
• Work alongside your team in prospecting, pitching, and closing deals.
• Drive targets through trusted customer relationships and value.
• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan aligned with regional/global goals.
• Conduct pipeline reviews, account planning, and identify growth opportunities.
• Represent the brand across the region and contribute to revenue and culture.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of top talent.
• Champion sales mastery through ongoing training.
